knitting journal of an obsessed fiber junkie
They are going to be cute socks. :)As for patterns... Sometimes I look at Knitting Pattern Central to see if anything tickles my fancy. The Spring Knitty also has a few interesting sock patterns too.
Love those socks. Personally I stay forget the Jaywalkers, but I am just speaking out of personal self-loathing and frustration! Why not try the Baby Cable and Rib socks from Sensational Knitted Socks?
I'm still loving those greens. I have the dye bug right now, and I hope to somehow emulate some nice strong stripes like that.
Love the colors!I was thinking "How about Jaywalkers" hehe, what a great pattern.ps ~ Thanks for the get well wishes for Little Diva, she's feeling much better.
Well, you could always go big......v.tall socks on knitty from winter 04, there is a sock along on craftster! LOL
hi Stephanie,It's me Cassandra. I had sent you awhile ago a swap (scarf kit) as a swap with swap bot. If your are to trying new sock yarn/colors, I have listed on ebay sock yarn that I hand dye myself. Check it out...go to Ebay and search for seller user id: vormer. It will come up with my hand dyed yarns.
I was wondering if anybody else at this site feels that if they didn't have knitting, they would just kill themselves. This world is do depressing, I often think that I might just end my life and stab myself in the eye with my sticks. Stephanie, your site just keeps me in this world each day and sometimes when you don't update for a long time, I sit in the garage with the door closed and the car running. Please, Please, Please update more often. I need your witty knitting comments for me to continue in the world. I love you!!
BTW, is that sock yarn Ornaghi 'Lunapark'?
